Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at Info@starkgrooming.com, Please include your order number in your request.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders may already be in processing.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Our support team is available to guide you through the entire return process.

Restocking Fee: None — we do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

There is no cost to the customer if the item:

  • Is incorrect

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind)

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • The wrong item was ordered
  • The item does not fit
  • The item is no longer wanted

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

2. Prepare Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.

3. Ship Your Item
Follow the return instructions provided in your return authorization email.


Refund Process

  • Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • Approval: Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be initiated (processing times may vary by bank or provider).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items.

Order Not Delivered

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at Info@starkgrooming.com with your order number.

If the package is confirmed lost, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Send a replacement at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items
